Alliance Infrastructure Agency | New Headquarters

Post by kendallhart808 » March 13th 2017, 10:41 pm

Image Hello Everyone,
So very similar to what Ulisse has done by choosing the new headquarters for AINESCO, I will be doing bids for for the Alliance Infrastructure Agency. We will have two tiers of headquarters that each person can apply for. The first tier is the worldwide headquarters and only one person will get the opportunity to host the Infrastructure Agency's worldwide headquarters. The city you choose should really be a global transport hub so think carefully before you bid your city. We will also be doing Regional Headquarter's which will be by continent/region.
Image
The regions will be:
Africa
Asia
Europe
Far East Asia
Latin America and the Caribbean
North America and Vera-Atlantea
Oceania

Here Is What I Need From You:
Type of Office: (Worldwide/Regional)
Country:
State/Province (If Applicable):
Address:
Building Image:
Reason: (I need a very short (like 100 words) description of why you think this is the best city

Applications are Due by 12:00 AM March 20, 2017 Eastern Daylight Time

Type of Office: Worldwide and Regional
Country: Santa Catarina
State/Province (If Applicable): Nova Pomerânia
Address: Avenida da República, 601, Joinville, Nova Pomerânia
https://goo.gl/jzrQvR
Building Image: https://goo.gl/maps/MzCVUyummMy
Reason: Joinville is the economic heart of Santa Catarina, headquarters of large companies and with unequaled structure in the South American cities, Joinville is the home of 1,967,528 people, the largest city of the country. Bringing a large organization to South America will bring new possibilities to the nations here.

Type of Office: Regional (Asia)
Country: The Amurian Republic
State/Province (If Applicable): Vladivostok Capital District
Address: Okeanskiy pr., 17, Vladivostok (17 Ocean Project, Vladivostok)
Building Image: Link
Reason: Vladivostok is a transportation hub, and its airports, train stations, and ports are of very high capacity. This means that most of the Asian continent is accessible from the city. The highrise we are bidding for is not too far from the Vladivostok Railway Terminal at the end of the Trans Siberian Railway and just a subway ride's away from the airport, so officials have easy access to anywhere they need to be quickly. Granting Vladivostok the ability to host the headquarters of the Asian regional office of the Alliance Infrastructure Agency will also bring endless opportunities for Vladivostok's ambition to become a truly global city.

Type of Office: Oceania
Country: Neu Westfalen
State/Province: Evehalden
Address: 10 Auerbrück Street, Evelstadt
Building Image
Reason: Neu Westfalen is a neutral state which makes it an ideal location for international HQ's. Evelstadt and its surrounding areas are also home to several prominent renowned Engineering & Architectural agencies as well as the Alliance Space Agency's (ASA) Earth Observation Centre. The city is also the central-hub for the entire nations' rail and road networks, given its' central location, and therefore has a well established transportation network.

Type of Office: Worldwide (Europe Regional for reserve)
Country: Mikenstein
State/Province (If Applicable): Glambeck Province
Address: Sihlpostgasse 2, 8021 Zürich Mikenstein
Building Image: View the Map here
Reason: What better place to have the AIN Infrastructure Agency HQ than a stones throw from the 5th busiest station in Europe, with 144.5 million annual users and connections right across Europe, and just 5 miles (8km) from a expanding International Airport with flights across the Alliance and around the world. In a city renowned for its affordable, clean and punctual public transit along with an efficient and modern road system, there is truly no better place to have such an HQ.

Type of Office: Worldwide (North America Regional for Reserve)
Country: Kingston and Boyce
State/Province (If Applicable): Capital Cities District
Address: 22 Hedfeld Blvd, KB-022 Kingston, Kingston and Boyce
Building Image: http://www.frankfurt.de/sixcms/media.ph ... schaft.jpg
Reason: Kingston and Boyce is a massive country when it comes to all sorts of infrastructure. It is home to the AIN's largest and most important Railway manufacturer and two of the alliance's largest airlines. Work done by CARTERrail and/or its subsidy CARTERinfra can be found in almost every country of the AIN. There is no country more suitable to host the headquarters of the Alliance's Infrastructure Agency than K&B is.

Type of Office: Worldwide (Far East Asia for reserve)
Country: Federal Kingdom of Teiko
State/Province (If Applicable): Kaijo Metropolis
Address: 6-4, Honmonji 1-Chome, Fukuoka-ku, Kaijo 160-0185
Building Image: LINK
Reason: Kaijo Metropolis is the 4th largest metropolitan cities in AIN, it is also part of the Kaisenmai Development Region, one of the largest urban conurbation in AIN with more than 18 million people. Kaijo Metropolis is home to AIN's most efficient transit system (Kaijo Metro Subway and Koei Subway), AIN's busiest train lines (Tachibana Line [459 million] and Saikaido Line [371 million]) and AIN's busiest train station (Hakata Station [258 million]). It is also at the heart of Far East Asia being at the center of the region. It is accessible via boat through the Port of Kaijo, air through the Shouzo Nijimura International Airport and soon through land with discussions of building tunnel with Okatabawashi and South Korea on going. Kaijo Metropolis also boasts one of the most spectacular urban phenomenon in the world with more than half of its area are mountains. The massive efficiency, the excellent urban planning and the fact that Kaijo is a major transit, diplomatic, economic and cultural hub makes it an excellent candidate to host the Alliance Infrastructure Agency HQ.

Addendum: It should be clear that this HQ's is not coterminous with the country of the director. Otherwise, we change HQ's every year. I also assume that the main AIN HQ is still in Hiigara. Once all AIN agencies HQ are established, I propose we make a unified bill to codify the HQ's locations so that it cannot be change easily at will of the director.

Note: By definition this is Far East Asia LINK and this is East Asia LINK

Type of Office: Worldwide
Country: Her Majesty's Kingdom of Illium
State/Province (If Applicable): Capitol Province
Address: Illium National Space Contingency Headquarters, 200 W. Robert Hutchings Goddard Blvd, Illium City, Kingdom of Illium
Building Image: https://ppmforums.com/files/inschq_158.jpg
Reason: The Illium National Space Contingency is the most active space program in the world at the moment, with nearly 20 launches per year, many of them with our new Single Stage-to Orbit vehicles, which have significantly reduced the cost of space travel. We are a highly coordinated and highly effective space agency, with the manpower and logistics to manage launches worldwide. The ASA would benefit greatly from having the INSC manage it's operations. In addition to our headquaters, we have two major launch facilities. The White Falls Space Center in the northern Callia Province, and the T'Soni Space Center in central Helios Province. Illium City is a logistics hub for most of Oceania, so accessibility should not be an issue.

The Amurian Republic is delighted to hear that Vladivostok was chosen as the headquarters for the Asian chapter of the Alliance Infrastructure Agency. We will immediately begin preparing the offices chosen to accommodate the agency.

No need to apologize my dude. I misread this as the headquarters for the new Alliance Space Agency, not headquarters for the Infrastructure agency. :P
