AINPASS | The Universal Electronic Payment

Post by ulisse » March 1st 2018, 4:13 pm

Image Alliance Infrastructure Agency wants to present a project that serves to shorten the distances between the various countries of the AIN.
The AINPASS project is an electronic system of motorway tolls, ferry tolls and access to restricted traffic zone, saving time for travellers and queues on toll booths.

The payment of the toll is automatically charged to the bank account or to a credit card of the owner (who must declare the data) of the contract and invoiced at regular intervals, also simplifying the administrative management of those who use the car as Work tool.
The cost of the toll is based on the tariffs that are used on the motorway network and the operator only needs to adapt the infrastructure (toll booths etc.) to accept this payment system

To understand the operation of this system takes place here is an example

Amuria’s TrassPass wishes to participate in AINPass as a representative of Amuria’s highway network.

Mikenstein’s motorway system is entirely toll free, so we will not be, at present;be participating in this scheme.
We do however, welcome this great initiative from the AIA.

Freiga has no toll roads yet the ferry systems are already too great in numbers to implement any such system cost effectively.

As an archipelagic nation, we do not see any benefit in entering this project. We encourage nations with land borders however to join the program.
