Carrie Lam, as representant and leader of Hong Kong.

The people Hong Kong demand the inalienable right of a people to be free and independent.

WHEREAS the Kowloon Agreement of 1997 and it's revision in 1999 affecting Hong Kong's status without consent was established on the 17th day of October, 1997, by a federation of 19 existing states and Hong Kong into one independent and sovereign nation.

AND WHEREAS it was also agreed by the parties to the said Agreement that, upon the separation of Hong Kong from Oka, the Government of Oka shall relinquish its sovereignty and jurisdiction in respect of Hong Kong so that the said sovereignty and jurisdiction shall on such relinquishment vest in the Government of the free republic of Hong Kong.

THEREFOR Oka is not respecting it's federal constitution that guarantees that if a member chooses to seceede, he may peacefully do so.

Now I CARRIE LAM Chief Executive of Hong Kong, and liable President to THE FREE REPUBLIC OF HONG KONG has decided to cut all ties with Oka, until the president responds lawfully to our just cause and grants us a referendum on independance

WE ASK for the support of our fellow AIN nations in demanding Oka to answer to our demands and give us the fair treatment we deserve. Should these not be met Hong Kong threatens to secede itself withouth Oka's permission.

Hong Kong shall forever be a sovereign democratic and independent nation, founded upon the principles of liberty and justice and ever seeking the welfare and happiness of her people in a more just and equal society?
.

Carrie LAM, Chief Executive of Hong Kong

Poemia hopes for a peaceful solution that can please Hong Kong citizens, however, this is an internal issue of Oka than Poemia will not express itself in this regard but our government supports Oka's national integrity and the preservation of its current borders.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs would like to state that both parties should reconcile and reach on an agreement as both the states are very important from a strategic, economic and cultural point of view. Oka's boundary lines should be respected and in this matter The Republic of Sansheng stands beside Oka. We as a nation don't recognize violence as a means to solve problems and champion maintaining peace as the first step towards the answer.

New Duveland respects the right for all people to represent themselves if they see the need. Given that, the only outcome of a potential independence claim New Duveland will acknowledge would be of a fair and legal agreement between the governments and the people of both Oka and Hong Kong. Only when the claim is acknowledge by the Government of Oka will New Duveland accept the outcome, we will not accept any claim to independence done so illegally or without permission. We will support democratic action on the issue if it is brought up legally within Oka's government, but as it is currently an internal affairs within Oka, New Duveland sees no reason to intervene.

The federal government of Siculia ranks on the side of Oka. Waiting for other developments to be neutral on the subject.

State of Nakama support Okataian government. We believe that Okataian government interest are for its people therefore it would be wise if Hong Kong remains part of Oka. As part of our commitment in Mashikura Pact we will support any necessary action needed toward our fellow East Asian member of AIN.

Mikenstein established itself in 1952 without agreement, negotiations or debate with its two main new border nations and did so peacefully. We fully support the principle of self-determination, and as such, along with the support of Catalonian Independence, we fully support Hong Kong as an independent nation, as long as it is done so peacefully and without violence, and believe its people do not need to be burdened by the overarching Oka state and deserve to be able to determine their own path.
We look forward to working with and supporting an independent Hong Kong.
Nora Katzen
Minister for Foreign Affairs

True independence can only be reached by an open conversation of all parties involved. His Royal Highness Prince Phillipe VI de Caravella is urging both the Government of Oka as well as the local government of Hong Kong to keep an open dialog.

Our Minister of State is expressing her concern about the various interpretations of the Kowloon Agreement and hopes that the Government of Oka will clarify the contents to the people of Hong Kong.

His Majesty King Amadeus of Acadia wishes Oka will resolve this internal issue as soon as possible, so to allow the establishment of new flows of trades and investments between Acadia and Oka, alongside with the preservation and reinforcement of the already existing commercial and financial relations.
With our best regards,

The Federal Republic of Carolina strongly believes in the protection of the inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. We also believe that any group or entity which is currently being denied these inalienable rights within their current political system should have the right to self-determination or should be given these rights within their current system. Carolina sympathizes with the people of Hong Kong due to the fact that they feel deprived of their rights within the Okatian Federation. Moreover, because the Okatian Federation is not an insoluble country and its constitution paves a way for the independence of regions which may want self-determination, Carolina would like to urge the Okatian Federation to follow the procedures which were laid out in the establishment of their constitution. However, we would like to ask both Hong Kong and the Okatian Federation to engage in bilateral talks in order to find a common solution which is acceptable to everyone. We believe that a true compromise agreed on by both parties can avoid direct confrontation as well as ensure the inalienable rights of the people of Hong Kong.

Secretary of State of Carolina
